EU-TAC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE
EU-TAC will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for full refund (less the original shipping charges) or exchange. The original receipt must accompany items for refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and only to the original buyer.
AFTER 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE
EU-TAC cannot accept returns after 30 days. Each case will be reviewed by a EU-TAC team member.
HOW TO RETURN:
STEP 1: GET the EU-TAC Return Form
Returns are accepted only with an EU-TAC return form affixed to the return package. To receive an authorization:

Please note returns without an EU-TAC return form will be returned to sender.
STEP 2: FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS
Return your order using the shipper of your choice to our returns department:
Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes that were charged (excluding shipping, delivery and handling charges).
RECEIPT ONLY
We will grant a full refund in the original payment method (excluding delivery and handling charges) within 30 days of original purchase.
